In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "acc4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the acc4d platform, its operators , and any affiliated entities responsible for the operation of https://acc4d.ws.
• "Platform" means the acc4d website accessible at https://acc4d.ws, including all games, sportsbook markets, casino products, payment functions, promotional systems, and customer support services.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the acc4d Platform.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport- or game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and acc4d. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail.

Access to and use of the acc4d Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Proof of age and residency may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently in effect on the acc4d Platform.

To access any real-money feature of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and open a single personal Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), and a valid email address or mobile number.

• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. acc4d will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy administration fee, the current rate of which is published in the FAQ section.

acc4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. You may be required to complete identity verification at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time acc4d deems appropriate. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or an official government letter).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the OVO, DANA, or GoPay account registered in your name, or a bank passbook front page).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. acc4d aims to complete document review within 24 hours of receiving a complete submission. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of the Platform, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the acc4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is displayed on the cashier page and is subject to change. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will be declined.

acc4d offers a range of promotional offers including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral rewards, and seasonal Indonesian holiday promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. acc4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The Wagering Requirement must be met in full on eligible games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are published alongside each promotion and in the FAQ section.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to a maximum cashout cap unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple Accounts, using a VPN to disguise geographic location, or exploiting a software error to generate bonus credits constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and possible permanent Account suspension.

All bets and game rounds are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, video poker, or other RNG games. Members are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. General rules applicable across the Platform include:

• A bet or game round is considered final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Member.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other technology that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. acc4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

acc4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. acc4d accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

acc4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, contact support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available Balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by the jurisdiction in which acc4d holds its operating licence. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents acc4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
